About Me
I bring to my work a woven tapestry of training and lived experience. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, a postgraduate certification in Educational Therapy, specializing in AD/HD and Executive Functioning, and an MFA in Classical Acting. I am certified in the trauma/distress treatment EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and have facilitated grief groups for several years in partnership with Dwellness Therapy and Sparrow Funeral Home—supporting individuals grieving loved ones, including those navigating the unique pain of suicide loss.
I work with adolescents and adults, often creative individuals and deep feelers—people who may be experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, identity exploration, or life transitions. My therapeutic orientation is relational and client-centered, and I draw from a wide range of modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic theory, and trauma-informed care.
